Boeing 787 has been a workhorse for Japans All Nippon Airways

EVERETT — All Nippon Airways became the first airline to fly 100,000 commercial flights with Boeing 787s.
The Japan-based airline and Boeing executives celebrated the milestone at Sea-Tac International Airport on Monday.
“The 787 Dreamliner has played an important role especially in forming the backbone of our international fleet,” ANA President and CEO Osamu Shinobe said.
ANA was the 787 launch customer and operates more Dreamliners — 44 — than any other airline. The airline has 39 more 787s on order.
It has flown about one-fourth of all 787 revenue flights, according to a press release from Boeing.
